Meet Milo, a normal dude, working a normal job as security guard.

He came across my forum English Muscle, whilst googling weight training advice, where we chatted in real time and discussed his current training, diet and his goals.

My forum members are mainly normal sized,shaped men and women, there a few big guys, but theyre only there to help too.

All with one goal, to improve ourselves mentally and physically. Yes you really can improve your self confidence and self image weight training.

I reworked Milos diet and heavily modified his training routine as he`d been training far too frequently to make progress and he found he really liked swimming so that was his fat burning sorted. Me? I prefer walking as i have back issues... but thats usually what I prescribe for my clients.

Walking is low impact and perfect for fatburning and an ideal starting point for all new trainers. I allow clients to build up intensity slowly over a period of weeks in the same way I set some easy, basic meals for you to start with when you change you food around.

The diet side of things is not the end of the world to cheat/treat foods.

TypiCALly you`ll be eating 5-6 small meals a day equalling 40 odd meals a week and if one of two of them cant be treat meals there`s something seriously wrong with your current training advice.

For you to stick to this whatever we do, to that I give you to do, must be maintainable, because if you cant be consistent results will not be maximal.

Milos results were maximal and the transformation took 6 months.

before personal training with the norwich personal trainer thecrazycalMum of 3 Michelle came to me in desperation after the norwcih personal trainer thecrazycal_ after personal trainer starving herself back down to a size 8 and with the flagrant use of exercise dvds, pretty much driving herself into the ground, having little energy and not the size 8 shape she remembered.. She actually said I was her last hope. Her weight was a respectable 9"4, but we set a target weight of 8 stone 7 which we hit within 10 weeks, basically restarting quality weight loss when it had stalled entirely. We did this by eating more food. We are now working on Michelles muscle size as she doesnt need to get any slimmer, we want to continue to burn bodyfat and grow muscle to keep the circumferences we already have, but reshape them.. This will provide the X factor.

Dale is, as I am a natural ectomorph, we are blessed and cursed with natural leanness and a body that just doesn`t want to grow muscle. He wanted to bulk so we had to go against his bodied natural inclinations.
