Hey Andy.

Thanks for the generous offer to send me some tabs.

However I figure it's gona take similar time for me to just purchase some, as it will be for you to send me some, so I might as well order some from Amazon, there only a few quid.

Cheers any way.

melatonin does not induce sleep it promotes unbroken sleep.
take 3mgs.
if that dont work take 5mgs, but you shouldnt need it to see benefits.
iam doing 1mg daliy in my hormone expriment.
google gaba-which i`m also on...its a gh maximizer and also helps with panic attacks..lots of uses i got nothing from it as a training aid which i how i heard about it originally..
its improved my sleep no end(you take it before bed and does chill you out)

Hmmm, well the issue I have on Sundays is I go to bed, but I never drift off.......

Stay awake the whole 8 hours.

A few times its even continued in to Monday night too.

But now im back at the gym, and active again, its slightly better, but still miss out on Sunday nights sleep, all 100% of the time.

Not much really.....

I guess its just a mixture of getting up slightly later on Saturday and Sunday mornings, and the impending knowledge that I have to go to work the next day.

Its very strange. Even if Im dog tired, I cannot sleep on Sundays, its been like this for at least 6 months..... possibly longer.

On a possitive note, training is going ok.

Obviouly Iv only had 3 sessions so far, but iv upped weights on a few things, and am now able to push the last reps on last sets, on certain excersies, where before I was failing.

Think I should invest in some 0.5kg plates?

The smallest increment at the gym is 1.25kg (obvioulsy per side)

IM TEASING YOU :flash:

viewtopic.php?f=5&t=4995

but yeah i think youre depressed/anxious whatever you want to call it..

this will cripple progress.

this is where and why i bang on about the rest factor...

rest encompasses well being, sleep and recovery...all intertwined with progress...

can you dig it?

Yea I dig it.

Thats why Iv stopped walking for the next few days, as legs where getting over trained!

However, in the space of 3 sessions, I think something is happening.

I 'think' I may have dropped a little body fat........ and where I thought I wa eating too much, I now find my self hungry.

Regardless.... I think things are going well, benchpress is my biggest difficulty tho..... I dont have the upper arm strength yet, to progress..... getting better tho.

I have really skinny wrists, so skinny I can circle them with my forefinger and thumb, and actually go an inch more.

what sort of girth is that?

i have thin wrists too...

grip work in particular will thicken them.
