They are good! they do cause stress on the liver not sure about the kidneys, only ever heard of people putting too much strain on the kidneys by taking FAR too much gear.

there is a BD on the go again im sure - there was a lot of sh!t floating around about who it was and what they were doing though.. so ive really never paid any more attention than that.
