dry roasted peanuts!
how did you arrive at those lol

i do agree with T man that could be doing 2 scoops of whey most times.

1 scoop of why and a nana isnt a meal for a 16 stone dude even on a diet...

i disagree that you should have 2 cans of tuna tho.
tuna sarnie with skimmed milk is 50g or pro...

2 tins alone last thing is diff tho..

Ile up my whey intake to 2scoops then but it will be hard having 2tins of tuna at dinner as 1tin fits nicely on 2 sandwhiches.

yes.

when i and andy answer youre stuff we always take into account what your goals are...

youre training frequency is a mystery to me tho bud and

with 2 x 40min sessions (Tuesday/Thursday)??

says bugger all to me..

does that mean 2x a week only????

ive got a few people routines in my head all the time and i need you to be clear in pretty much eveyr detail if not you end up getting bolloCkings cos i think youve started training 5x a week and such lol

be clear.

monday back n bi`s for example isnt not good enuff, we need the breakdown of exercises precisely in order.
tuesday cardio
wednesday rest
thursday chest n tris but say incline bench dips close grip bench and crunches for abs. cardio.
friday cardio
saturday rest
sunday squats military press shrugs calves.
monday rest.....

but cardio 2x a week for 40 mins, no i`d say 3x a week.

but i do cardio every day (dog walking) and i dont see why you have to have days for things..just do it..
if youre legs are tired dont do it...

i reckon you ask these Q`s cos things arent happening how you want still.

if so and seriously no offence here, you should pay more attention to what i`m telling you repeatedly...
cos ive gone over the basics with you as many times as i have OD..
if you dont understna what i`m saying ASK.
actually i think you understand what i`m saying but you dont realise the importance and it gets lost in all the tangents we go off on when more questions are asked..

its like its all there in flex and mens health-theres good solid info, but its hidden in some much dribble you push it all to the back of your mind when you start thinking about cunning tricks to maximise growth with perhaps doing 2 back exercises in stead of just one..cos you dont feel the pump as you should and need another exercise..which then actually kills your progess at the mo..
make progress in the first place using the ultimate basics and you`ll then have a solid basis for using more advanced routines...which you dream about lol

rant over..

so yeah try n be a bit clearer lol please

Cal, ive just dialled my diet so im going to see results now. I can't do one back exercises dont be stupid. You dont do 1 exercises for 1 body part. A workout has to be hard. I couldnt just do 3 x8 deadlift and thats its for my back could I as ide pull my back out and not have enough grip!!!!

i do deads and 1 back exercise.
its all ive ever done.

and even just deads isnt daft.

you just dont know how to put that much into one exercise.

this is what i`m trying to teach you.

plus i never said that.

youre grip fails cos you add too much weight and you have a weak grip which will never change of you use straps.

youre current routine bares little similarity to the one i gave you originally from what i gather..
and with that i was being generous and letting you do deads plus 2 back exercises...

i started ranting cos again you asked a question that a man who`s been training as long as you shouldnt be asking..
which is why i`m asking you to say if you dont understand something when were talking training..

i try to help you for fun not cos its my duty...

when you over think things its called circular thinking.
i will not got involved in circular thinking cos it kicks in my anxiety..

you and OD are very similar(kinks aside...)

why cant you?
When you structure your workouts (especially fullbody mind) you should structure it around 1 exercise per bodypart and then some inderect work..

why would you do that? because its the best way to add weight to the bar which i suspect would be of the most benefit to you right now... if you could hurt your back lifting then you're doing it wrong too!

dude, most of my workouts consist of 2 bodyparts and 4 exercises and some days i struggle to make it down to the changing rooms afterwards!

Hard doesnt in any way mean more and more exercises - its means making the ones that you are doing heavy enough to be hard!

one of my biggest bugbears these days is the misuse of the term 'intensity'.. so many lads think this means spending hours and hours repeating variations of the same exercise and it absolutely doesnt...

Have a read of this dude:

http://www.anabolicsecrets.com/ejournal_issue6.htm

I dont know much about this whole thing, so take my oppinion with a pinch of salt, but why train in an advanced way, if your not already at that level.

I would try just a an experiment, to follow the routine Cal put together for you for 3 months, and then make a decision if you think its getting you any where or not.

Its true, becuase iv been there..... that when people ask for help etc.... they are basically only asking to be told what they want to hear, not what is neccesarily good for them.

I wouldnt follow the routine to the letter that Iv just linked, but the idea, is whats important.

"I train 5 days a week, working every body part twice per week, 20 sets per body part. I also do aerobics for 30 to 45 minutes a day 4 times a week. On the weekends I take martial arts classes and ride my bike."

Judas H. Priest! It's no wonder you're not gaining! There is no supplement in the world that can help you gain with that program!

 judas H preist lmao! quality...

fingers crossed youve turned a corner in your training OD..
